Consists of a photograph of Mr. Harens in his WWII uniform, newspaper clippings collected during World War Two and while a member of the 35th Infantry Division, unit newsletters, NDAC Alumni Review and news clippings concerning North Dakota men and women serving in the military or Red Cross during World War II. Mrs. Alta Harens may have collected the news clippings. Museum Division also received a number of items belonging to Harens. Later accession consists of correspondence (while Harens was serving in WWII and miscellaneous), Army papers, ephemera and publications, and organizational material.
